Refund and Cancellation Policy

Course Fee

  • The total course fee is INR 30,000/-
  • To reserve a slot for the upcoming batch, a seat block amount of INR 3,000/- must be paid
  • Students must pay 50% of the remaining course fee before the classes commence
  • The balance 50% must be paid within 10 days after the class commencement date

EMI Policy

  • ClickNex Media offers a two-installment payment option (EMI) for convenience:
  • First Installment – 50% of the course fee (after deducting the seat block amount) must be paid before the class starts
  • Second Installment – The remaining 50% must be paid within 10 days of class commencement
  • Failure to clear the second installment within the given timeframe may result in:
  • Suspension of access to classes and course materials
  • Cancellation of enrollment without eligibility for a refund
  • The EMI facility is strictly for scheduled payments and does not reduce the total fee (INR 30,000/-)

Refund Policy

  • Once the classes have commenced, no refund requests will be entertained
  • If a student cancels their course registration at least 10 days before the class commencement date, the seat block amount of INR 3,000/- will be refunded
  • Please note that the seat block amount is the only portion of the course fee that is refundable under any circumstances

Cancellation Procedure

  • To request a cancellation and initiate the refund process, students must notify the ClickNex Media administration team via email or written communication
  • The cancellation request must be received at least 10 days prior to the class commencement date to be eligible for a refund of the seat block amount
  • Upon receipt of the cancellation request, the administration team will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe

Non-Transferable

  • Course slots and registrations are non-transferable
  • The seat block amount is applicable only to the individual who originally booked the slot

Changes to the Policy

  • ClickNex Media reserves the right to modify or update this refund, cancellation, and EMI policy at any time without prior notice
  • Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the official ClickNex Media website or communication channels
